Politics in Campus?

Politcs has been part of student's Diary nowdays. A student will wake up in the morning  and walk all the way to a venue where they assemble to hear and give their views about certain candidate who wants to vie for a particular docket perhaps they are always concerned with the student leaders post. Some boycotts classes in the name of attending a political meeting so that at the end he or she might get a little pay for the day.
   Students are doing politics just to earn them money through the person they are campaigning for, some even dont understand why they are choosing to support their representative because u will find one saying " he or she my best choice" without giving enough reason.
   Politics nowdays in campuses are based on tribes which makes the environment insecure as clashes may erupt anytime. They make learning difficult as everything will be based on one tribe or the other . You will find an educated comrade not participating in a group discussion or in any school activity just because of what the other comrade is falling to politically, we should act like learned people who accepts all the views no matter the side it comes from not forgetting you might need your partner's help in future.
  Students must stop campaigning on regional based aspirants and rather campaign for determined and promising aspirants who will hear their views and act upon them effectively once they qualify for the post.

Demonstration have been day to day activity at the school from F houses where comrades stays to the School of Education. It may be the best way where comrades express their issues affecting them .It has been a daily activity at F houses to hear students scream and set fire on some fence so as to attract the attention of the school administration due to normall  blackout as the school has failed to install another transformer as the old one is being overloaded by the supply to many other hostels. Moi University Red Cross Team

Moi University Kenya Red Cross Monday, 22 February 2016 Kenya Red Cross Moi University chapter in conjuction with the Kenya Red Cross Uasin Gishu  Branch had a clean up activity within the institution.  The event started early in the morning through Academic highway, library grounds to the corridors of hostels .A huge number of members turned up for the event as it was on a wekeend. Moi University Red cross team along academic highway The event was successful as they managed to clean up all the places which were in a mess . There followed a after work party whereby the members enjoyed themselves .Those in attendance were able to get dissemination of all what it pertains to be a red Crosser and also got educated on some of the first aid practices. Student's Diary

When you came to the university for the first time you were prepared well, isn't it? This was the first you were to live on your own far away from your parents who could watch you all the day. It is after you cleared with admission staff that everything seemed different, new things, new life and new people and so you had to adjust so as to fit to the new enviroment.       End of semester exams are finally here , having gone all around the corners of the school from the club to the friends hostels and attending all the parties no matter the day of the week and the distance, you dont have any idea of what to write in the exam room because visting the library was a nightmare.
